Handmade Personalised Birthday Box Card – Navy, Red, White and Silver Make their birthday extra special with a handmade, personalised box card in navy, red, white and silver, finished with sparkling gem details. Each card is individually made by me, giving it a unique touch. The card folds flat for posting and opens into a lovely freestanding display. Card details Made from quality 300gsm cardstock and supplied with a white A5 envelope measuring 210 x 148mm. Each card is presented in a protective cellophane wrap. When open, the base measures approximately 700 x 700mm, with a height of around 160mm. The height may vary depending on the pop-up decorations. The folded card is slightly smaller than the envelope to allow room for the gem details and ensure the envelope closes comfortably. Personalisation The wording on the front box flap can be personalised with your own message. The back is left blank unless you would like me to print a message there too. Please provide the name and wording you would like in the personalisation box or in a message to the seller when ordering. For example: Name: Paul Front box flap: Happy Birthday to my wonderful hubby Back message (optional): Dear Paul, Happy Birthday! Have a great day. Lots of love from Kim xxx Please check all spelling and wording carefully, as your message will be printed exactly as supplied. Looking for a different colour combination? Please get in touch. Using the recipient’s favourite colours is a lovely way to make the card even more personal. Dispatch and delivery Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours, excluding weekends. Please allow plenty of time for delivery, especially if you need your card for a particular date. I always obtain proof of postage. Please check your messages and email within 24 hours of ordering in case I need to clarify any details. I cannot complete or dispatch your card without your personalisation details. If these have not been received within two days of purchase, I reserve the right to cancel your order. Returns and corrections As each card is handmade and personalised to your requirements, I do not accept returns for a change of mind. If I make a printing mistake that differs from the details you supplied, I will reprint your card at no extra cost. If there is not enough time for a reprint, I will offer a refund, excluding postage. If the details supplied with your order are incorrect, I am unable to offer a free replacement or refund, so please check them carefully before submitting. Any questions?
